Glen 'Doc' Murdoch


Glen Murdoch is the founder and CEO of The Life Coaching College. Glen is a former Teacher Of The Year award winner. He has a long history of working with Athletes and Teams as a Performance Coach and Heads up the program development at TLCC.

Glen is qualified Diploma in Life Coaching, NLP Practitioner, Trainer and Consultant of Extended Disc, Graduate Diploma in Sports Psychology, Bachelor Degree in Applied Science and a Diploma of Education. He has been a leader in Educational Institutions in Australia, Dubai and England and has over 15,000 hours of teaching and training experience.

Rhiannon Bush


Rhiannon Bush is a professional life and leadership coach, specialising in intergenerational coaching, training and facilitation. Rhiannon is passionate about helping bridge the communication gap between the generations currently in today’s workforce to promote cohesion and mutual contribution. With a background in corporate consulting as part of a family owned and operated SME, and then as part of JLL’s Workplace Strategy team, Rhiannon is well versed in project and change management, communication strategies and human behaviour.

Mark Klaassen


Mark Klaasen is a Certified NLP Master Trainer (INLPTA), Certified mBIT Coach Trainer, Group Facilitator and Business Consultant to some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest companies, including ANZ Bank, Air New Zealand, Bank of New Zealand, Fletcher Forests,Vodafone and Fonterra. Mark’s background inhuman development, change, finance, and business growth, have given him a dynamic understanding of the “X factors” needed for business and personal success. As a Trainer, Facilitator and Consultant, Mark is amazing. Qualified in several areas of human development and personal change, he utilises and teaches skills in NLP, Business Leadership, Executive Development and Performance Coaching. Now based in Melbourne Mark is also qualified in “Spiral Dynamics” – the map of insights for understanding values and change in people and organisations – what silo’s group, what aligns people, what prevents change despite decisions made and what enables engagement in today’s business world.

Dee Jay and Jo Jo Jackson


Dee Jay and Jo Jo Jackson are our Dynamic duo. They are an incredible couple who bring their love for Hypnosis, NLP and each other into the Training room. DJ started his career in 1990 and has worked in Seattle, Vancouver, San Francisco , Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Australia. Dee Jay has over 20,000 hours of therapy practice with Hypnosis and together this dynamic duo are an incredible attribute to the Training faculty!

Jo Wise


Jo Wise is an accredited Coach, Mentor, Human Behaviour Expert, Master Trainer and Yoga teacher with over 25 years local and international experience working in Leadership, Wellness and Training. Her experience and knowledge has helped pave a new path in life for many Business Owners, Leaders and Individuals. As an engaging, passionate, inspirational and educational speaker, Jo is committed to making a difference in the lives of those around her through developing knowledge, choice and skills.

Carolyn Shaw


Carolyn Shaw is our Coach Mastery trainer in Brisbane, eager to support students on their development journey and to connect with the empowering TLCC community and extensive resources. Carolyn is an accredited leadership coach and trainer with a background in business in operational management extending more than two decades. Her experience is diverse working across multinationals, small business and not-for-profit, and backed by qualifications in commerce, project management, business and executive coaching, Extended DISC, strengths profiling, presenting and public speaking.

Sue Raffan


Sue Raffan is our Perth based Coach Mastery trainer. As a past TLCC student, she is passionate about uniting students within the TLCC family and furthering them on their exciting journey.

Sue has a Bachelor of Psychology and since training with TLCC has become the Supermum Coach - helping women to accept that "perfectly imperfect is perfectly okay".

Beth Murdoch


Beth Murdoch is our National Events Manager. Beth has a Bachelor Degree in Business majoring in Management and Marketing. She is mum to 2 beautiful kids and keeps the CEO on track at home! Beth has 300 days of Training across 5 States to organise and manages it all with a smile on and a laugh.

Pip Mckay


Pip McKay has been a pioneer within the field of coaching and personal development for the last 20 years. She is an exceptional speaker and extraordinary coach.

She is seen as the coach’s coach and trainer and her students include award winning actors, speakers, sports legends and entrepreneurs as well as ordinary people who want extraordinary lives.

Pip is the creator of Matrix Therapies® and Archetypal Coaching™ which have been taught throughout Australia and Internationally. She has been featured in books, magazines, radio and TV both in Australia and the United States.

Alex Knysh


Alex is our Sydney based Coach Trainer. She has a strong background in Natural Therapies and Education. Applying the skills and knowledge in building a career in Life Coaching and Hypnosis, Alex is enjoying furthering her own development, as a Life Coach, a Trainer for TLCC, an Entrepreneur, and as an advocate for Self-Love, Gratitude, Growth and Compassion.

Having spent the last 12 years on her personal development journey,  Alex is always keen to share her journey with students just beginning theirs.

Daniel 'Boof' Beeson



Daniel is the Coach Mentor at TLCC. He loves interacting with students and is an outstanding Coach and Trainer in his own right. Boof calls it as it is and his honesty and integrity are loved by the student community.

Phil Ward


Phil Ward is our Accounts Manager.
Phil is an experienced Accounts manager and loves figures, his wife Jeanette his Grand Children and wine! His previous history has been in the food industry and Phil has also done Coach Mastery with TLCC so knows the program from a student perspective.
