Glen 'Doc' Murdoch


Glen Murdoch is the founder and CEO of The Life Coaching College. Glen is a former Teacher Of The Year award winner. He has a long history of working with Athletes and Teams as a Performance Coach and Heads up the program development at TLCC.

Glen is qualified Diploma in Life Coaching, NLP Practitioner, Trainer and Consultant of Extended Disc, Graduate Diploma in Sports Psychology, Bachelor Degree in Applied Science and a Diploma of Education. He has been a leader in Educational Institutions in Australia, Dubai and England and has over 15,000 hours of teaching and training experience.

Dr. Suzanne Henwood


With a PhD in professional development, she has worked in higher education and development for 25 years and has authored numerous books, book chapters and articles, with a particular interest in stress, communication, leadership and personal and professional development to improve and transform practice, supporting people to operate from a place of excellence. She also frequently presents at academic conferences internationally. Suzanne trains alongside appropriately qualified coaches and trainers, ensuring shared core values are evident in all that we do: Integrity, Authenticity, Quality, Respect, Value, Passion and Fun.

Beth Murdoch


Beth Murdoch is our National Events Manager and joint owner of TLCC. Beth has a Bachelor Degree in Business majoring in Management and Marketing and applies her skills in one of the most complex roles in the College... Managing the training calendar. With multiple live event sin 4 states every month, we are very proud of the program and the work Beth does to ensure it gets delivered. Beth, as an owner, is also a member of the executive business development team.

Rhiannon Bush


Rhiannon Bush is a professional life and leadership coach, specialising in intergenerational coaching, training and facilitation. Rhiannon is passionate about helping bridge the communication gap between the generations currently in today’s workforce to promote cohesion and mutual contribution. With a background in corporate consulting as part of a family owned and operated SME, and then as part of JLL’s Workplace Strategy team, Rhiannon is well versed in project and change management, communication strategies and human behaviour. Rhiannon is also a Master Practitioner Students of TLCC.

Sherrann Ross


Sherrann Ross is our Special Projects Manager. Sherrann has a background in Project Management and is a Master Practitioner Student of TLCC an author in progress and speaker. Sherrann empowers women to ignite the fire within to find their purpose, reach new heights and create unstoppable success.

Michelle Monaghan


Michelle Monaghan is our Student Support Manager. With a background in the printing industry, speaking and personal development, Michelle specialises in 'Curvy Confidence' coaching for women. Michelle is the 'go to' support manager for all TLCC Students who have unique questions or when needing that extra bit of TLC. Michelle puts the TLC into TLCC. Michelle is a Master Practitioner Student of TLCC.

Andrew Monaghan


Andrew Monaghan is our Senior Crew member. Andrew is a Business Trainer specialising in presentation skills, business communications and business writing skills. Andrew uses the tools of his Master Practitioner course at TLCC to assist his clients to achieve more... success, growth, achievement. Andrew is the first line of support for the TLCC students and the welcoming voice at the end of your call to us.

Dee Jay and Jo Jo Jackson


Dee Jay and Jo Jo Jackson are our Dynamic duo. They are an incredible couple who bring their love for Hypnosis, NLP, Speaker Training and each other into the Training room. DJ started his career in 1990 and has worked in Seattle, Vancouver, San Francisco , Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Australia. Dee Jay has over 20,000 hours of therapy practice with Hypnosis and together this dynamic duo are an incredible attribute to the Training faculty!

Joanne Clark


Joanne Clark is the TLCC Program Auditor, and is one of our senior Training Faculty Members. Joanne trains: Master Practitioner of NLP, Practitioner of NLP, Grief Coaching, Parenting Coaching. Joanne also hosts live master mentor webinars for students wanting an advanced level of guidance. Joanne is a pilot, Rotarian, Cyclist, active community and charity supporter and an all round fabulous human.

Jo Wise is an accredited Coach, Mentor, Human Behaviour Expert, Master Trainer and Yoga teacher with over 25 years local and international experience working in Leadership, Wellness and Training. Her experience and knowledge has helped pave a new path in life for many Business Owners, Leaders and Individuals. As an engaging, passionate, inspirational and educational speaker, Jo is committed to making a difference in the lives of those around her through developing knowledge, choice and skills. Jo trains Coach Mastery, Advanced Coach Mastery, EDISC, EITeams and ICF coach techniques.

Carolyn Shaw


Carolyn Shaw is our Coach Mastery trainer in Brisbane, eager to support students on their development journey and to connect with the empowering TLCC community and extensive resources. Carolyn is an accredited leadership coach and trainer with a background in business in operational management extending more than two decades. Her experience is diverse working across multinationals, small business and not-for-profit, and backed by qualifications in commerce, project management, business and executive coaching, Extended DISC, strengths profiling, presenting and public speaking. Carolyn trains Coach Mastery, Advanced Coach Mastery, and EITeams and heads up the Qld coach community.

Sue Raffan


Sue Raffan is our Perth based Coach Mastery trainer. As a past TLCC student, she is passionate about uniting students within the TLCC family and furthering them on their exciting journey.Sue has a Bachelor of Psychology and since training with TLCC has become the Super-Mum Coach - helping women to accept that "perfectly imperfect is perfectly okay". Sue trains Coach Mastery and Advanced Coach Mastery and heads up the Perth coach community beautifully.

Alex is our Sydney based Coach Trainer. She has a strong background in Natural Therapies and Education. Applying the skills and knowledge in building a career in Life Coaching and Hypnosis, Alex is enjoying furthering her own development, as a Life Coach, a Trainer for TLCC, an Entrepreneur, and as an advocate for Self-Love, Gratitude, Growth and Compassion. Having spent the last 12 years on her personal development journey,  Alex is always keen to share her journey with students just beginning theirs. Alex trains Coach Mastery and Advanced Coach Mastery and heads up the ​NSW coach community.

Maree Eddings is an expert in all things ENERGY and delivers a specialist 4-day Energy for Coaches program (2019 will be hosted in Bali). This training certifies Practitioner and Master Practitioner Energy Coaching and gives coaches the tools to create and deliver group circle work in energy, EFT, chakras and more. With a background as a Corporate Executive, Maree brings practical wisdom to the training that means all coaches across all niches can utilise the work.
